- W2522351745 abstract "目的：研究螺旋 CT 多平面重建（MPR）对周围型肺癌（PPC）支气管血管集束征（VCS）分型的相关性。方法：选取我 院收治并经病理和临床证实的 78 例 PPC 患者为研究对象，给予 CT 诊断，采用多平面重建法和三维成像软件进行重建，对肿 块血管集束征的显示情况进行观察，并且比较它与横断面图像、临床分期、肿瘤大小。结果:经诊断结果显示，3D 螺旋 CT 可 充分显示 PPC 患者 VCS 的情况，且其分度与疾病分期、肿瘤大小均具有相关性（rs1=0.62，P1＜0.05；rs2=0.60，P2＜0.05） 。 结论:在 PPC 支气管血管集束征分型中，螺旋 CT 多平面重建可显示肿瘤的形态特征，与肿瘤分期、大小均具有密切联系，同 时还对肿瘤的预后具有一定的参考价值。" @default.
