• W2525738350 abstract "We continue the study of the homogenization of coercive non-convex Hamilton–Jacobi equations in random media identifying two general classes of Hamiltonians with very distinct behavior. For the first class there is no homogenization in a particular environment while for the second homogenization takes place in environments with finite range dependence. Motivated by the recent counter-example of Ziliotto, who constructed a coercive but non-convex Hamilton–Jacobi equation with stationary ergodic random potential field for which homogenization does not hold, we show that same happens for coercive Hamiltonians which have a strict saddle-point, a very local property. We also identify, based on the recent work of Armstrong and Cardaliaguet on the homogenization of positively homogeneous random Hamiltonians in environments with finite range dependence, a new general class Hamiltonians, namely equations with uniformly strictly star-shaped sub-level sets, which homogenize. Nous poursuivons notre étude sur l'homogénéisation d'équations de Hamilton–Jacobi avec hamiltoniens coercifs non convexes dans des milieux aléatoires, et identifions deux classes générales de comportements très distincts. Pour la première classe de comportement, il n'existe pas de propriété d'homogénéisation pour un environnement particulier au moins, alors que pour la seconde classe le problème s'homogénéise dans des environnements à longueur de corrélation bornée. Motivés par le contre-exemple de Ziliotto, qui a récemment construit une équation de Hamilton–Jacobi dont le Hamiltonien est coercif, non convexe, avec un potentiel stationnaire ergodique, qui ne s'homogénéise pas, nous montrons que le même phénomène se produit pour les hamiltoniens coercifs qui ont un point-selle strict, une propriété qui est très locale. En utilisant le récent travail de Armstrong et Cardaliaguet sur l'homogénéisation de hamiltoniens aléatoires positivement homogènes dans des environnements à longueur de corrélation finie, on identifie aussi une nouvelle classe générale de hamiltoniens qui s'homogénéise, à savoir la classe de hamiltoniens avec des ensembles de sous-niveaux étoilés." @default.
