Определение чувствительности и специфичности шкалы 3-КТ, представляющей собой комбинацию из 3 простых и требующих минимальных затрат времени тестов, в сравнении с Монреальской когнитивной шкалой (МоСА) и краткой шкалой психического статуса (MMSE) для скрининговой оценки когнитивных нарушений у лиц старческого возраста. Материал и методы. В исследование были включены 106 пациентов, которым проводили нейропсихологическое тестирование с оценкой чувствительности и специфичности шкал при помощи анализа ROC-кривых. Результаты. Шкала MoCA продемонстрировала умеренную чувствительность (0,65) и специфичность (0,78) при выявлении когнитивного снижения, а также потребовала дополнительной поправки на уровень образования по результатам регрессионного анализа, что повысило чувствительность до 96,7%, однако резко снизило специфичность (до 21,9%). Аналогичные результаты были получены по шкале MMSE (чувствительность 0,65, специфичность 0,72). Все тесты шкалы 3-КТ также показали умеренную чувствительность и специфичность, однако сумма свободного воспроизведения, показателя теста рисования часов и семантически опосредованных ассоциаций показала очень высокую чувствительность (0,833 и специфичность 0,944). Заключение. Шкалу 3-КТ можно рассматривать как простой и эффективный инструмент для скрининга когнитивного снижения у лиц пожилого и старческого возраста." @default.
