Structured survey questionnaire was employed to test the study hypotheses. Hierarchical regression analyses reveals that perceived optimistic cultural values, at group or team level, fosters not only satisfaction to overall job but also its intrinsic and extrinsic components of sales persons employed by beverage companies in Pakistan while controlling the effects of important demographic variables such as gender, age, company and selling tenures.
