• W2553659660 abstract "種々の条件でビーズミルにより破砕処理したパン酵母スラリーのデッドエンド精密濾過実験を98 kPaの定圧下で行い，未破砕スラリーの濾過実験で得た結果と比較した．三種類の孔径（0.1, 0.2, 0.45 µm）の精密濾過膜を用いて，濾過の進行に伴う濾過速度の低下挙動におよぼす膜孔径の影響を調べた．未破砕スラリーでは，膜孔径によらず，ほぼ同一の結果が得られたが，破砕スラリーでは，0.1 µmの膜では膜によって阻止された細胞破砕片により濾過比抵抗の大きな濾過ケークが膜面上で成長するため，濾過速度は0.2および0.45 µmの膜での結果に比べて著しく低下した．この濾過速度の低下はビーズミル処理における振動数や破砕時間の増加とともに顕著となった．閉塞濾過法則の特性曲線に基づき，破砕処理液の濾過挙動は初期の閉塞濾過を経てケーク濾過へ移行することが明らかとなり，強い破砕を行うと，濾過の初めからケーク濾過が生じることがわかった．生成した濾過ケークの平均濾過比抵抗は，破砕エネルギーの指標となる振動数の三乗と破砕時間との積と強い相関をもつことが示された．さらに，こうした顕著な膜ファウリングに影響をおよぼす主要な因子を明らかにするため，ビーズミルによる破砕処理液を種々の遠心条件における遠心沈降によって上澄液と沈積層に二分し，それぞれの精密濾過特性を元の破砕処理液の濾過特性と比較した．その結果，0.1 µmの膜を用いた濾過実験で見られた濾過速度の顕著な低下は，0.047 µmより大きな細胞破砕片によるものであると結論づけられた．" @default.
