- W2554076708 abstract "The (44) isolates were obtained from clinical specimens in Baghdad hospital and the duration of study during the two months ( April and May) , the (14) isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa serotype and ( 3) isolates of Pseudomonas oryzihabitans were after identified biochemically test, Epi20 analysis and serotyping analysis . The clinical isolates of P.aeruginosa serotype and P. oryzihabitans are abiquitous environmental bacterium capable of forming surfaces as a survival strategy it exhibit , a large variety of competition / virulence factors , such as three types of motilities :- flagellum mediated swimming , flagellum mediated swarming , and type IV pilus mediated twitching . Resultes were showed that these two types of species produced abundant type IV fimbriae, displayed swimming , swarming ,and twitching motilities and were impaired in chemotaxis . Some strains of P.aeruginosa serotype (P11,P12,P16) and P. oryzihabitans displayed defective in this motilities therefore this strains" @default.
