- W2556627462 abstract "RESUMO: A bioquimica e uma disciplina que se encontra envolvida na realidade do discente, sendo que seus assuntos sao pouco compreendidos pelos alunos. Por isso, a bioquimica deve ser trabalhada em sala de aula de forma que estimule um carater critico e investigativo no aluno, fazendo-o evoluir de forma dinâmica e contextualizada. O presente trabalho teve por finalidade promover uma aula pratica de bioquimica para alunos do Programa Mais Educacao. A aula foi realizada no Laboratorio de Ciencias de uma Escola Estadual, localizada no municipio de Arapiraca - AL. Inicialmente ocorreu a apresentacao de uma aula expositiva abordando o conteudo da acao enzimatica atraves de uma linguagem dinâmica e estimulante, ministrada pelos integrantes do curso de Licenciatura em biologia da UNEAL. No segundo momento, a turma foi dividida em grupos para a realizacao da pratica de acao enzimatica da catalase nos vegetais. Foi observado que as abordagens feitas na aula expositiva sobre acao enzimatica foram instigantes, principalmente, por abranger exemplos com alimentos. Durante o processo ficou mais evidente a absorcao do conhecimento atraves da aprendizagem pratica do conteudo proposto, visto na satisfacao dos alunos em relacionar a disciplina com suas proprias realidades. Portanto, ficou notorio que abordar um metodo de ensino que faz uso de praticas, auxilia na aprendizagem do conteudo, possibilita ao educando uma melhor aprendizagem e aprimora a pratica docente. Palavras-chave: Ensino, Pratica, Bioquimica. ABSTRACT: Biochemistry is a discipline that is involved in the reality of the students, but students poorly understand its affairs. Therefore, biochemistry should be worked in classroom in order to stimulate a critical and investigative character in students making them evolve in a dynamic and contextualized way. This paper aims to promote a practical lesson in biochemistry for students in the program more education. The lesson was held in the Science Lab of a State School located in the city of Arapiraca - AL. At first, there was the presentation of a lecture addressing the content of enzymatic action through a dynamic and stimulating language taught by members of the Bachelor's Degree in biology and then the class was divided into groups to perform the practical action of enzymatic catalase in plants. We observed that the approaches made in lecture on enzymatic activity were intriguing, mainly because it covers examples with food. During the practice has become more evident the absorption of knowledge through practical learning of the proposed content, because we could see the students' satisfaction in the discipline relate to their own realities. Therefore, it became clear that addressing a teaching method that makes use of practices, assists in learning the content, allows the student a better learning and improves teaching practice.
