- W2558904021 abstract "本研究では群馬県東毛地域を事例として，農協連携によりニガウリ生産が拡大した要因を，農協間の協力関係の構築とニガウリ栽培を導入した農家の経営内容に注目して明らかにした．2002年から東毛地域で全農群馬が主導し，東毛3農協が連携してニガウリの共同販売を開始できたのは群馬板倉農協と館林農協の販売担当者に農協連携による共同販売以前から協力関係が存在していたことがある．これによって，全農群馬は各農協への指示系統を確立させ，規格と販売先を指示し，栽培技術を共有させることができた．また東毛3農協管内の60歳未満男性専業者のいる農家がニガウリ栽培を導入したことが生産拡大の契機となった．これらの農家がニガウリの生産に成功したことで，その後キュウリやナス以外の作物を主体に生産している農家や，女性農業者，兼業農家，および60歳以上の農業者がその栽培を導入するようになり，その生産は拡大した．" @default.
