The primary focus will be made on current tendencies in recruitment: how the job requirements of companies are changing and how their hiring strategies respond to challenges on the labor market. Due to increase in the number of new vacancies and ongoing drop in unemployment rate in the period between 2014 and 2016, hiring new employees becomes more difficult and competition among employers gets tougher. The study will describe how companies are currently looking for skilled IT professionals, what they can do to attract scarce workforce and how they are trying to motivate job candidates (the focus will be made on financial motivation (offered salaries) as well as non-financial one (benefits offered by Slovak companies in IT area will be compared to other industries)." @default.
