- W2563668644 abstract "The results are given of an investigation of the submillimeter rotational spectrum of methyl bromide and acetonitrile molecules in the ground and excited vibrational states (v 6 - 12CH3ZgBr and 12CH381Br, and v 4 - CH3CN). The spectrum of the vibrational- rotational bands of these states is analyzed. There are identified 16 generation lines of a submilIimeter laser based on methyl bromide molecules with optical pumping by the emission of a CO2-1aser and 7 absorption lines, as well as 2 generation lines of a laser based on CH~CN. Tables are given of the predicted generation spectrum of a laser based on CH3Br. For the purpose of identifying working transitions of submillimeter lasers with optical pumping, based on molecules of CH3Br and CI-I3CN, we carried out an investigation of the rotational spectrum of these molecules in the ground and excited vibrational states v 6 ffor l~CH37SBr and 12CH381Br) and v 4 for CH3CN. A total of 656 absorption lines have been measured and identified. In addition, values of the frequencies of 145 absorption lines given in [1, 4, 5] were used. The radiospectromete r described in [6] was used in the experiment. The absorption ceil was a glass tube with inside diameter 36 mm and length 11 m. A low-temperature indium antimonide receiver was used as the video signal detector. The absolute measurement error of the absorption line frequencies was not" @default.
