- W2565911512 abstract "目的 探讨运用微信平台提高支气管哮喘患者吸入糖皮质激素治疗依从性和生活质量的效果。方法 选择 2015 年 1-12 月在我科住院的 89 例支气管哮喘患者，分为两组：观察组 44 例，对照组 45 例。观察组在原来常规出院健康宣教基础上再由 微信继续延续护理小组成员利用新的微信平台对出院患者进行延续护理。对照组采用常规的出院健康宣教。结果 观察组患 者 6 个月复查时，服药的依从性、自我护理技能、健康知识水平及哮喘控制效果均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05） 。结论 在支气管哮喘的延续护理中运用微信平台，可以提高患者吸入糖皮质激素治疗的依从性，以达到哮喘的总体 控制，从而患者生活质量，减少疾病的复发，值得临床推广。" @default.
