Achieving the intended target is determined by the following tasks: support of the importance of in-house training; defining trends of the personnel training programs. The main attention is paid to the development of in-house training and development of personnel for service organization, highlighted a number of topical modules: the development of motivation to work and loyalty to the organization, the development of creativity, development of professionally important skills, reducing the level of conflict, the development of individual style of the manager, work stress and emotional burnout. The proposed system is autonomous and adaptable to various needs of the organization. The program is implemented by means of active forms and methods of work with the staff.
