- W2567177029 abstract "At present the process of friction and wear with reciprocating motion of interacting parts is not studied well. For this purpose the scope of the laboratory equipment to determine the metrological characteristics of friction and wear of heavy-duty hinge joints was defined. The requirements for test mode on plain bearings friction and wear are designated. The design of the laboratory stand is presented. On this stand it is possible to create both permanent and variable-largest load on the bearing-sliding studied; to produce static and dynamic loads at the same time; to change the frequency of pulsations of variable load; to change the size of the load without stopping the machine; to turn the rotation speed of slide bearing under investigation; to get both the steady-rotating investigated plain bearings and their intermittent rotation; to measure the constant and variable load without stopping the machine; to determine the friction torque of the test bearing slide. Structurally the stand consists of the following main parts: a test machine for research work of plain bearings; devices for generating a constant and a variable load; devices for measuring the variable and constant load; mechanisms for measuring the friction torque; devices for determining the temperature of friction; measuring and amplifying equipment. The proposed mechanism design of main motion allows with high accuracy to simulate kinematics of mutual moving parts of hinged joints manipulators which are in practicable machines in most cases also have a hydraulic drive. Designed stand is recommended for laboratory research on friction and wear of plain bearings under comparable conditions and reverse one-way friction in a wide range of loads and sliding speeds and with different types of loading." @default.
