The resulting heterostructure assembly was confirmed by field‐emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD). High incident photon‐to‐electron conversion efficiency values exceeding 55% were obtained in the visible‐light region. The resulting heterostructures show promise as a candidate for solid‐state solar cells." @default.
