First, we conduct the experiment of remote navigation using a robot simulator and show the result which does not navigate a robot adequately under the network condition with pseudo-delay. Then, from the result, we derive the necessity of the control model in considering network delay and design the delay-conscious control model in slowing the observation and quickening the control according to the predefined delay model." @default.
