That’s why the difficulty is not to collect data, but to make them available in the right form at the right time and for the right person who will exploit and benefit from their added value. There is a need to analyze data in order to have a global vision and to create, from the raw data of the company, an operational and profitable information helping project monitoring and decision making. Therefore, in this paper, we aim to propose an approach to support decision making processes. This approach implemented thanks to an Information Technology (IT) architecture, combines three business process modules (multiple actors and data sources). Our main objectives are to extract Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) from different data sources and to visualize them using Business Intelligence (BI) techniques (precisely data visualization techniques and dashboarding).
