• W2596366978 abstract "Lactobacillus 属やBifidobacterium 属などの「プロバイオティクス」は、宿主に対して有益な生理的効果を示すことが報告されている。とくに、プロバイオティック乳酸菌の腸管への付着は、それらの諸作用を十分に発揮するために非常に重要であり、腸管ムチン、細胞外マトリックス、腸管レクチンなどに付着し増殖することで定住性を獲得できると考えられている。一方、菌体表層には、S-layer、レクチン、その他のタンパク質成分、リポテイコ酸などが存在しており、細胞接着因子としての「アドへシン」として働いていることが報告されている。中でもレクチン様タンパク質を介した腸管付着性は非常に特異的な結合であり大変興味深い。現在、腸管付着性の評価は一般的に、Caco-2などのセルライン化された腸管モデル細胞への付着を吸光度または顕微鏡での観察によって行われている。我々は、表面プラズモン共鳴(SPR) を利用したバイオセンサー「BIACORE」を用いた評価系を新たに開発し、ヒト血液型抗原認識性乳酸菌を発見した。今後も新しい腸管付着性機構が発見される可能性は高く、プロバイオティクスの利用に大いに役立つと考えられる。" @default.
