• W2596543313 abstract "본 연구는 간호대학생의 대인관계 조화, 스트레스 대처방식이 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 경북지역 2개 대학 간호학과 1, 2학년 재학생 231명이며, 2015년 12월 1일~11까지 설문조사 하였고, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 대학생활 적응은 대인관계 조화 및 스트레스 대처방식과 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응은 일반적 특성 중 학년, 간호학 지원동기, 간호학 전공만족도 및 학업성적에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대학생활 적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 대인관계 조화(<TEX>${beta}=.27$</TEX>, p<.001), 문제중심 대처(<TEX>${beta}=.25$</TEX>, p<.001), 정서적 대처(<TEX>${beta}=-.25$</TEX>, p<.001), 소망적 사고 대처(<TEX>${beta}=-.20$</TEX>, p<.001)로 나타났고, 이들 변수의 대학생활 적응에 대한 설명력은 23%이었다. 결론적으로, 적절한 스트레스 대처방식과 대인관계 조화능력을 증진시키는 것은 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응을 향상시키는데 효과적인 전략이 될 수 있다. This study examined the effects of interpersonal relationship harmony and stress coping on the college adjustment among nursing students. The participants were 231. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Adjustment to college life significantly correlated with interpersonal relationship harmony and stress coping style. Interpersonal relationship harmony was significantly different according to year, satisfaction with nursing as a major, and academic achievement. Multiple regression analysis showed that interpersonal relationship harmony and stress coping(problem-focused, emotion-focused, hopeful thought) explained 23% of variance in adjustment to college life. The study findings suggest that intervention intended to promote nursing students' adjustment to college life should focus on improving interpersonal relationship harmony and stress coping." @default.
