The ${ensuremath{rho}}^{0}{ensuremath{rho}}^{0}$ enhancement in the $ensuremath{gamma}ensuremath{gamma}$ reaction is explained by the ${0}^{++}$ and ${2}^{++}$ ${Q}^{2}{overline{Q}}^{2}$ states and the suppression of $ensuremath{gamma}ensuremath{gamma}ensuremath{rightarrow}{ensuremath{rho}}^{+}{ensuremath{rho}}^{ensuremath{-}}$ is understood as due to cancellation between the isoscalar and the isotensor ${Q}^{2}{overline{Q}}^{2}$ states. The $mathrm{VV}$, $Vensuremath{gamma}$, and $ensuremath{gamma}ensuremath{gamma}$ widths of these three classes of the ${Q}^{2}{overline{Q}}^{2}$ states are estimated. The production of these ${Q}^{2}{overline{Q}}^{2}$ states in $frac{J}{ensuremath{psi}}$ radiative decays and hadronic collisions is discussed." @default.
