- W2609526770 abstract "目的：分析护理干预对预防 ICU 综合征的临床效果。方法：在我院 2012 年 3 月—2013 年 3 月期间所做 ICU 综合征危 险因素分析研究的基础之上，选取我院在 2013 年 3 月至 2014 年 3 月期间收治的 112 例 ICU 住院患者为研究对象，随机将患 者分为对照组和观察组，每组 56 例患者。其中，对照组患者采取常规护理方式进行护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上， 进行综合护理干预。对比两组患者的 ICU 综合征发生情况以及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果：对照组患者中有 21 例患者发 生了 ICU 综合征，发生率为 37.50%；观察组患者中有 12 例患者发生 ICU 综合征，发生率为 21.43%。观察组患者的 ICU 综合 征发生率明显低于对照组，且差异具备统计学意义（P＜0.05） ；对照组对护理工作的满意度为 80.36%，观察组患者对护理工 作的满意度为 94.64%，观察组患者对护理的满意度明显高于对照组患者，且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05。结论：科学的 护理干预和个性化的护理能够降低 ICU 综合征的发生率，且能够建立良好的护患关系。" @default.
