• W2610755306 abstract "نعتقد أن العدالة أخلاق وقيم لا تخضع لحسابات دنيوية مغترة بأرقامها، كما نؤمن بأن العدالة لم تحصل بشكل مثالي مثلما حصلت في واقع الرعيل الإسلامي الأول لا سيما في عصر النبوة والصحابة والتابعين؛ لأن العدالة تخلقت اجتماعيا فتألقت اقتصاديا؛ حيث لم يكن هناك فرق بين العدالة بوصفها فعلا إنسانيا كما تجلت في توزيع مغانم غزوة حنين المشهورة، وبين العناية باعتبارها فعلا أخلاقيا ظلت تبسط عطاءاتها في كل لحظة وحين بين أغنياء الناس وفقرائهم؛ ولكن لما تراجع خلقها خفت ألقها. علاوة على ذلك، نجزم بأن العدالة قيم تشترط اجتماعيا أن تكون مستقيمة اقتصاديا؛ ونعني بالاستقامة الاقتصادية حضور القيم الأخلاقية والإنسانية في المشهد الاقتصادي، من منطلق أن العدالة ضرب من ضروب القيم أيضا؛ مما يجعلنا نقف على أن هناك أزمة في التنمية المعاصرة تعصف بمن أوتوا أرزاقا ولم يؤتوا أخلاقا، نظرا إلى ابتعاد الناس عن تعاليم السنة النبوية الشريفة وإغفالهم عن دروسها التي تخاطب الواقع الاقتصادي مباشرة في كثير من المواقف التي في مكنتها أن تتيح لها موقعا خاصا في توجيه التنمية وإرشاد أفعالها وأحوالها. ومن أسف أن مخزون السنة النبوية الإنساني بات في غفلة من بعض رجال المال والأعمال الذين لا يولون للإنسانية اعتبارا معتبرا؛ بينما نصوص السنة النبوية تطفح بالقيم الإنسانية العادلة.الكلمات المفتاحية: التنمية، السنة النبوية، القيم الإنسانية، العدالة، العنايةWe believe that justice is morality and values which does not follow worldly arithmetic that fascinates with its numbers. We also believe that justice has so far not been ideally achieved the way it was in the era of the first Muslim community, especially during the time of the Prophet s.a.w, the companions and the succeeding generation. For, justice was socially moralized and it economically shimmered to the extent that there was hardly a distinction between justice as a human act that was manifest in the distribution of booties from the famous battle of Hunayn; and care as a moral act that continuously extended its giving every now and then between the poor and rich alike. But when the moral aspect of justice declined so did its manifestation. We also believe that justice is values which are socially conditioned upon achieving fairness economically. By economic justice we mean to avail the moral and human values in the economic sphere. This emanates from the understanding that justice is one of the dimensions of values. Hence, we can clearly see that there is crisis in contemporary concept of development where people are endowed with bounties but void of values. This is due to the fact that they have distant themselves from the teaching of the noble prophetic tradition and have remained unconscious of its lessons, which directly addresses the realities of economics. In many instances, this tradition should have been given due attention to guide development and direct its activities. Unfortunately, some capitalists and business men are still unconscious of the human treasures embodied in the prophetic tradition. They have not given due consideration to the welfare of humanity in contrast to the prophetic tradition that instills just human values.Key words: development, Prophetic Sunnah, human values, justice, care." @default.
