- W2612102870 abstract "Latar Belakang: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembagian kerja dan insentif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan RS Raden Mattaher, Jambi. Studi kuantitatif-kualitatif ini menganalisa berbagai data yang diperoleh baik dari kuesioner, wawancara, FGD maupun sumber-sumber sekunder lainnya yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Kepuasan kerja karyawan rumah sakit akan sangat mempengaruhi kinerja pelayanan mereka terhadap masyarakat. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang pengaruh pembagian kerja da kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Raden Mattaher Jambi. Metode: Pengambilan data primer, sekunder dan triangulasi dilakukan untuk menjamin kualitas hasil studi. Studi ini meliputi karyawan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) RS Raden Mattaher, Jambi. Hasil: Karyawan RS Raden Mattaher Jambi telah merasa cukup puas dengan pembagian kerja dan penempatan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan keahlian. Ketidakpuasan muncul karena ketidakjelasan sistem dan mekanisme pembagian kerja dan pemberian kompensasi atau insentif. Walaupun karyawan merasa bahwa penghasilan mereka cukup besar tetapi menurut mereka hal tersebut belum sesuai dengan beban kerja yang mereka lakukan selama ini. Kompensasi yang diberikan pun belum mampu menutup semua proses kinerja yang dilakukan oleh karyawan baik itu yang bersifat material berupa bonus uang atau pun nonmaterial berupa pelatihan, pendidikan dan kenaikan jabatan. Kesimpulan: Pembagian kerja sudah jelas, mekanisme pemberian kompensasi dan insentif belum jelas sehingga menimbulkan ketidakpuasanBackground: This research is conduct to learn the influence of work distribution and incentive toward work satisfaction of the employee of Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi. This quantitative-qualitative study is analyzing various data from questioner, interviews, FGD and other secondary sources that are fit with this research purpose. The hospital employee’s work satisfaction will be very much influencing their performance toward community. Research Purpose: This research generally is to learn overview about influence of work distribution and compensation toward work satisfaction of the employee of Raden Mattaher Hospital of Jambi. Method: Primary and secondary data collecting and triangulation are conduct to ensure quality of this study’s result. This study covers employee at the IGD of Raden Mattaher Hospital, Jambi. Result: The employee of Raden Mattaher Hospital in Jambi are satisfy enough with the work distribution and employee placement which are properly with their skill and ability. Dissatisfaction emerge because the system and work distribution mechanism and compensation/incentive rewarding are not fair. Although they know their income are large enough but they think its not meet all og their performance process, such as financial cash bonuses or training, education and promotion. Conclusion: The work distribution are already clear, the compensation and incentive given are still unclear and causing dissatisfaction." @default.
