Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan LeanSix Sigma (LSS) dengan metode DMAIC atau struktur Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control, yaitu framework untuk memperbaiki proses yang bermasalah. Teknik analisis menggunakan cause effect diagram, diagram SIPOC, FMEA dan FTA. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: Pertama , kegagalan produksi cup yang paling tinggi terjadi karena “cacat cup” yang disebabkan faktor penggunaan material aluminium dan mol kotor. Solusinya, ganti material dengan karbon, pemasangan blower, dan membuat SOP. Kedua , kegagalan pengisian cup yang paling tinggi terjadi karena “LID proses dalam” yang disebabkan faktor setting suhu sealingdisc tidak sesuai, elastisitas LID kurang, dan sensor LID tidak berfungsi. Solusinya, operator lebih teliti, training SDM, dan kalibrasi sensor eye dilakukan setiap minggu. Ketiga , pemborosan tumpahan air saat pengisian cup yang disebabkan bentuk lubang nozzle filling tanpa penampang, sehingga tekanan air pengisian cup terlalu kencang menyebabkan air banyak yang tumpah. Solusinya, mengganti nozzle filling dengan bentuk lubang penampang. Setelah diujicoba, nozzle filling berpenampang tersebut mampu menurunkan tingkat pemborosan tumpahan air secara signifikan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: the highest level of waste that occurs in the production process; factors that causing waste; and the right solution for minimizing waste that occurs in the production process Aqua 240 ml. In this research by using approach Lean Six Sigma (LSS) with the DMAIC method or structure Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control, the framework to improve the process in question. Cause effect analysis techniques using diagrams, SIPOC, FMEA and FTA. The study result : First, the highest defect rank of cup production happened because of aluminum material utilization factor and dirt of mould. The solution by replacing alumunium with carbon material, blower installation, and SOP. Second, the highest defect rank of filling process happened because “inside LID process” due to sealingdisc temperature setting is not appropriate, LID less elasticity, and the malfunction of LID sensor. The solution, operators should give more attention in maintenance, human resources training, and the eye sensor calibration diciplinly done every week. Third, waste of overfill when cup filling process due to the shape of nozzle holes without cross-section, so that the water pressure filling cup too tight causing a lot of water is spilled. The solution by replacing the filling nozzle with a cross-section shape of the hole. Once tested, the new filling nozzle is able to reduce the level of waste water spills significantly." @default.
