- W2615524725 abstract "The hot deformation behavior and microstructural evolution of Pb-Mg-10Al-0.5B alloy in the strain rate range of 0.01–10 s− 1 and the temperature range of 493–653 K were investigated performing hot compression tests on the Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator. The flow behavior was described by the Arrhenius-type model, multiple-linear regressed model and artificial neural network (ANN) model. A comparison of the predicted flow stress from three models was carried out to obtain an accurate model in modeling the flow behavior of Pb-Mg-10Al-0.5B alloy. The results show that the flow stress of Pb-Mg-10Al-0.5B alloy is significantly influenced by the strain, strain rate and temperature. The ANN model can predict the flow stress more accurately than the Arrhenius-type and multiple-linear regressed models. The optimum parameters for hot working were obtained from the constructed processing maps and microstructures that the optimum temperatures and strain rates are 590–653 K and 0.01–0.3 s− 1, respectively." @default.
