- W261613811 abstract "【Objective】The experiment was carried out to study the effects of Siraitia grosvenorii and ginger intercropping on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of ginger in order to provide references for their cultivation techniques. 【Method】In 2011, a field experiment was conducted in Guangxi University experimental teaching and scientific research base. The experimental design was a simple complete block with theree replications for three treatments which were Siraitia grosvenorii cultivation intercropping ginger (P), vertical cultivation Siraitia grosvenorii intercropping ginger (L), and bare land planting ginger (control),respectively. The influence of different cultivation methods on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of ginger was subsequently compared through those experiments. 【Result】Under conditions of P treatment, ginger leaves net photosynthetic rate at early and later growth stage was slightly higher and lower than that of control , respectively. Stomatal conductance, intercellular CO 2 content and transpiration rate were lower than those of control. No significant difference of yield was found. Under conditions of L treatment, ginger leaves net photosynthetic rate at early growth stage was higher than control, at later growth stage was slightly lower than control. Stomatal conductance, intercellular CO 2 content and transpiration rate was lower than control, but yield increase of 68.1% was realized. 【Conclusion】Siraitia grosvenorii and ginger intercropping can change the ginger leaves net photosynthetic rate, has positive effect on the yield of ginger by reducing expenditure, raise land utilization rate and increase economic efficiency." @default.
