- W2616372661 abstract "The increase in the number of communications in modern firms does not increase the chances of managing these types of emotions. On the contrary, communicative tension can enhance the development of latent forms. Control over the nature of communications is important, based on new approaches. The task is to understand the modern forms of managing emotions when times of tough discipline have passed, and new methods of development and control are needed. How does the modern theory of personnel management react to this situation? Its main idea is that flexibility and creativity, simple and reliable communication become important factors of success. The includeness of internal norms of conduct into open and vowels is promising. Awareness of one's own whims, recognition of emotions enables them to constructively discuss and becomes a serious factor in the communicative development of the organization. The historical perspective shows that the style of managing emotions is developed, and not naturally given to people. Unfortunately, in the literature on management this subject is gradually forgotten. However, the acquisition of working skills can not be separated from the acquisition of a permanent style of managing emotions and emotional maneuverability. The crisis of hierarchical systems and the shift of emphasis from vertical to horizontal connections, which are constantly discussed in foreign theories of personnel management, are more likely a theoretical generalization of possible trends than reality. However, the development of informal illegal institutional forms is a response to the discrepancy of standardized norms of behavior associated with the hierarchy. Unofficial style is more in demand. The requirement of naturalness against disciplining in the management of emotions does not at all imply the apologetics of disorder in the organization. The main problem of modern organizations is the inability to deal with the negative emotions of the staff and the lack of mechanisms for translating them into constructive ones. Liberation from the irrationality of interaction in modern organizations makes us handle emotions absurdly. Negative emotions are expelled from the surface of institutionalized maneuvers and accumulate. In this form, they pose a real threat to the organization. As we have already noticed, the concept of emotion management believes that openness, analysis of positive and negative experience allows each organization to develop ways of expressing negative emotions in an acceptable and controlled way without the risk of complete loss of formalized order." @default.
