- W2641525512 abstract "広汎型侵襲性歯周炎に罹患した16歳の患者を早期に歯周治療を行い12年経過した症例を報告する。患者は重度歯周病に罹患した父親の紹介により受診し遺伝的素因も考えられる。16歳で前歯に歯間離開が生じ，見た目を気にする年齢で受診したことが早期治療のモチベーションにつながった。全顎に及ぶ歯周外科治療を行い，歯周組織の炎症が改善され感染がコントロールされている状態を確認したのちに歯周―矯正治療を開始し，炎症の消退とともに歯間離開の改善が認められた。今回16歳から28歳と成長期から成人期に広汎型侵襲性歯周炎を早期に治療して咬合支持を確保することにより，咬合崩壊を防ぐとともに歯の喪失を未然に防ぐことができた。今後，歯周組織の維持安定のために生活習慣病予防と歯周―矯正治療後の再発防止のために長期のSPTと咬合チェックが重要と考える。このように侵襲性歯周炎は早期発見と早期治療さらにはSPTが不可欠であるとともに本人の自覚がその成功の鍵となる。" @default.
