- W265080360 abstract "[Objective] To determine the contents of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Cr, and Se in the Sesame Leaves from Zhu Ma-dian in Henan. [Methods] The samples were digested by HNO3-HClO4 (4:1), and the levels of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn were determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. The measurements of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn were based on integral area of signals with background signal correction based on Zeeman effect. While the contents of Cr and Se were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy. The measurements of Cr and Se were based on peak area of transient signals with background signal correction based on Zeeman effect. [Results] The linear scopes of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn were at the range of 0-5.0, 0-4.0, 0-20.0, 0-4.0, 0-4.0, 0- 0.8, 0-4.0, 0-10.0 mg·L-1; 0-6.0, and 0-40.0μg·L-1, respectively. The degree of precision was 3.29%-9.26% as RSD (%). Recoveries were estimated to be 92.5%-109.3%. The detection limits of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn were 0.332, 0.091, 0.367, 0.132, 0.034, 0.0028, 0.031, 0.110 mg·L-1, 1.22 and 1.86μg·L-1 (P = 95%, α=0.5), respectively. The contents of mineral elements were found to be 24.754±1.010 (K), 0.869±0.021 (Na), 24.142±1.255 (Ca), 6.533± 0.448 (Mg) mg·g-1, 10.909±0.801 (Cu), 14.617±1.354 (Zn), 312.563±19.256 (Fe), 135.360±4.453 (Mn), 0.623± 0.028 (Cr) μg·g-1, 195.701±4.453 (Se) ng·g-1 respectively. [Conclusion] The methods are simple, accurate, and high specificity, and can be used for determination of mineral elements in Sesame Leaves. Sesame Leaves holds high nutritional value, and has vast prospects for development and applications." @default.
