Reasonably question emerged about job implementation evaluation in order to reach the company goals. On the other side, the most responsible for reaching the goals of high-tech enterprises positions are characterised with requirement for a high level of workcreativity. In this paper the authors analyse some of the basic points of view concerning evaluation of task achievements and they propose criteria to choose a method for their assessment in conditions of high-tech enterprises. In this paper are exposed on analysis different method about evaluation of job implementation. Defined their relevance from point of view of creative professions implemented in high — technological enterprises.
