Based on HIL test definition of functional decomposition and establishment of test cases, the representative and typical test points are selected from a large number of test points to achieve a reasonable design of test solution by introducing the orthogonal principle in combination with a vehicle control strategy. The real-time HIL test platform is constructed based on test definition. Furthermore, the TESIS DYNAware simulation model is integrated to simulate the controlled object and environment, and carry out a whole performance test of vehicle control unit. The test results indicate that adoption of orthogonal design method can significantly reduce the number of test cases and improve test efficiency under the condition of full coverage of validation tests." @default.
