- W2722435283 abstract "マーケティングにおいて，顧客から得られたデータを基に販売戦略を立てることは極めて重要である．得られた大量のデータから有益な知識を得る手段として，データマイニングと呼ばれる統計解析技術が活用されている．また近年は，Customer Relationship Management（CRM：顧客関係管理）という考え方により，他とは大きく異なる性質を持つ顧客の集団（マイノリティ）が重要視されている．そのため，アンケートデータを始めとする顧客データから，マイノリティを抽出・解析する技術が，強く求められている．しかし，従来の解析手法の多くは，データの全体傾向を捉えることを目的としており，マイノリティの抽出や解析には適していない．マイノリティ抽出に特化した手法にEWOCS，またマイノリティに近いデータ集合の定義として孤立クリークがある．しかしEWOCSでは，抽出されたグループと他のグループとの非類似性を考慮していない．また孤立クリークでは，定義を満たすデータ集合の大半が，データ数の極めて少ないものであるという問題点がある．そこで本論文では，上述の問題点を解決するマイノリティ指標として，Local Minority Factor（LMF）を定義する．LMFは，外れ値検出手法の１つであるLocal OutlierFactor（LOF）を基礎としており，孤立性と凝集性の２つの指標を合わせることにより，データ集合では孤立しているが，個々のデータでは孤立していないときに高い値をとる．本論文では，LMFを最適化するマイノリティを，探索的に抽出する手法を提案する．実際のアンケートデータに適用し，従来手法との比較を行う．指標値によって定量評価を，可視化によって定性評価を行い，従来手法と比較して，提案手法がよりマイノリティの特徴の強い回答者集合が得られることを示す．また得られた個々のマイノリティに対する，とり得る販売戦略の例を示す．" @default.
