- W2723921372 abstract "本稿の目的は，かかりつけ医・家庭医や近所付き合いなど，周囲からのサポートが高年齢者の受診抑制に与える影響を明らかにすることである。三重県津市の中山間地域にある白山地域で2012年に行われた調査から，60歳以上の男女について分析した。質問紙を使った訪問留置法による調査である（回収率91.7％）。受診抑制の頻度（よくある（4.0％），時々ある（13.6％），まれにある（32.7％），まったくない（49.7％））を従属変数とした順序プロビットモデルによる推定を行った。推定に先立ち，内生性の疑われる主要な要因（かかりつけ医・家庭医の有無，親しく話のできる近所の人の有無，近所の人以外で親しく行き来する人の有無）について検定を行ったところ，いずれも内生性はないことを確認した。推定の結果，かかりつけ医・家庭医がいる場合，近所の人以外で親しく行き来する人がいる場合，に受診抑制が生じにくいことがわかった。一方，親しく話のできる近所の人がいる，民生委員などを知っている，行政の広報誌が回ってくる，などの影響はないことがわかった。これらの結果から，地方自治体は，高年齢者がかかりつけ医・家庭医を持つよう働きかける必要がある。 さらに，近所の親しい人よりも，近所にいないが本当に親しい人の存在が受診抑制を防ぐことがわかったが，個人でこうしたネットワークを構築するのは難しく，その構築に行政的な支援が必要である。" @default.
