- W2734553630 abstract "In power system, temperature rising caused by longtime overload operation or loading heavy current is one of main factors of malfunction for high voltage electrical equipment. Therefore, the temperature monitoring of high voltage power equipment during operation is very important to ensure the stability and security of power supply. In this paper, a passive wireless temperature measurement system for high voltage power equipment is designed and implemented by taking the 500kV high voltage bus bar as an example. The system measures temperature based on the thermal resistor effect of platinum and transfers data by infrared light, supplied by thermoelectric generation module (TEG). An effective heat sink is designed for the cold side of TEG. The heat sink of experimental prototype is composed of aluminum substrate, heat pipe and corona ring. On the basis of experimental prototype, the total heat resistance and the temperature distribution of heat sink and temperature difference of TEG have been calculated and phase-to-phase electric field distribution is also studied. Then the hardware and software of measurement system have been developed in the principle of low-power consumption. The experimental results show that the system can implement cyclical temperature measurement." @default.
