- W2736552912 abstract "Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari fenomena rendahnya prestasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan memverifikasi mengenai pengaruh gaya belajar mahasiswa terhadap prestasi belajar. Gaya belajar yang diteliti adalah gaya belajar modalitas berdasarkan teori Bobby De Potter, yaitu Visual, Auditorial, dan Kinestetik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dari penelitian ini dengan cara pembagian angket dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Fakultas Pendidian Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia angkatan 2011, 2012, dan 2013 berjumlah 254 dengan sampel 154 mahasiswa. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Kruskal Wallis karena data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji Kruskal Wallis menunjukkan nilai H sebesar 28,744 dan nilai kritis sebesar 5,991. Nilai kritis didapat dari tabel chi kuadrat dengan α sebesar 0,05 dan dk=2. Nilai H ≥ nilai kritis yaitu 28,744 ≥ 5,991 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Apabila Ha diterima, maka terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa berdasarkan gaya belajar visual, gaya belajar auditori, dan gaya belajar kinestetik.; This research is based from the low phenomenon achievement of student’s in Accounting Education Program, Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Indonesia University of education. This research aims to describe and verify the influence of students learning styles on their learning achievement. The studied learning style is modalities learning style based on Booby de Potter theory which are Visual, auditory and kinesthetic. This research was done with descriptive and verification method, while data collecting used are questionnaire and study documentation. The Population in this research are students of Accounting Education Program Faculty of Business and Economics Education, Indonesia University of Education, year of 2011, 2012, 2013, totaling 154 samples. The testing hypothesis used is Kruskal Wallis since the data distribution is not normal. The result of Kruskal Wallis test showed that H value is 28,744 and critical value is 5,991. The Critical value is obtained from chi squared table with α 0.05 and dk=2. H value ≤ critical value is 28,744 ≥ 5,991, which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. If Ha is accepted, it is true that there is a difference in students learning achievements based on visual learning style, auditory learning style, and kinesthetic learning style." @default.
