Based on preliminary observations that have been done by the researcher on the implementation of scientific approach on integrated thematic learning in class IVA SDN Tunjungsekar 1 Malang, it is found that the implementation of classroom learning has used scientific approach and using integrated thematic learning. Learning activities undertaken include observing, questioning, trying / gathering information, reasoning, communicating. The purpose of this research is to find out (1) learning planning using scientific approach in integrated thematic learning at Curriculum 2013, (2) implementation of learning using scientific approach in integrated thematic learning at Curriculum 2013, (3) obstacle experienced by teacher in implementation of scientific approach In integrated thematic learning in the Curriculum 2013, and (4) teacher's efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of a scientific approach in integrated thematic learning in the Curriculum 2013. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method with case study research type. This research was conducted at SDN Tunjungsekar 1 Malang. Research subjects in this study are teachers of class IVA and VA class teachers. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis used in this research is technique of thematic data analysis . Researchers use triangulation to check the validity of the findings. Based on the results of thematic data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the scientific approach on integrated thematic learning Curriculum 2013 in class IVA and VA has been implemented well. It can be known from the planning of learning and implementation of learning applied by the teacher has included a scientific approach through observing activities, asking questions, trying/gathering information, reasoning, and communicating. Constraints faced by teachers that is the problem of limited time in making lesson plans, less varied learning activities, and teachers difficult to bring up the activities of the question. Therefore, it is desirable for teachers to better understand the scientific approach so that teachers can provide more varied learning activities in applying a scientific approach to integrated thematic learning Curriculum 2013." @default.
