- W2740981334 abstract "In recent years many studies have been conducted on pre and perinatal periods. Psychology also studies this stage of human development and its implications for the mother, fetus, infant, child and adults. Scientific studies and clinical experience in working with pregnant women have shown that the preparation of pregnant women for childbirth and motherhood is extremely important. This kind of work helps to promote a satisfactory outcome in childbirth and postpartum and assist in care and child development. The intention with this article is to discuss the various models of prenatal intervention programs on the basis of results from searches performed by doctoral students and data from the literature and clinical experience of the author. The programs show that pregnant women participating in a prenatal intervention program can better manage anxiety, fear, stress, childbirth and initial care of the baby. Thus, it is suggested that programs of preparation for childbirth collaborate for the well-being of the mother and a healthy child development." @default.
