- W2743503174 abstract "Objective To investigate the effects of acetate ringer's solution (AR),lactate ringer's solution (LR) and normal saline (NS) on the beecf (BE),lactate (LAC) and hemodynamics in dogs with hemorrhagic shock. Methods Fifteen male healthy adult dogs were divided randomly into 3 groups:AR group,LR group and NS group, each consisting of 5 animals.Hemodynamic parameters, arterial blood gases and LAC were measured before blood-letting,before and 5,30,60,120 min after resuscitation. Results Mean arterial pressure (MAP) recovered to pre-shock level. The volume and time of fluid infusion in AR group [(41.10 ±2.18) ml/kg and 28.15 ±0.29) min] was decreased as compared with LR group [(54.17 ±2.97) ml/kg and (43.26 ±0.87) min] and NS group [(59.61 ±2.88) ml/kg and (48.19 ± 1.23) min] (P <0.05).Thirty min after resuscitation, the MAP was increased significantly in AR group [(99.25 ± 12.13) mm Hg (1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa)] as compared with LR group [(84.25 ±11.87) mm Hg)] and NS group [(81.25 ± 13.26) mm Hg] (P<0.05),and the pH,BE and LAC were improved significantly in AR group as compared with those in IR and NS groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion Acetate ringer' s solution is fitter for the early therapy of hemorrhagic shock than normal saline and lactate ringer's solution.Key words: Hemorrhagic shock ; Resuscitation; Hemodynamics; Acetate ringer' s solution" @default.
