- W2743755079 abstract "1964年から常温（1961～1990年の月別平均気温：5 . 5～27℃）下で保存してきたラッカセイ198品種の莢つき種子の発芽率を1986年，1992年および1993年に調べた．保存には，50～100莢をクラフト紙または寒冷紗製の袋に分けた種子の1容器あたりの量16～20 kgに対し，乾燥剤として塊状生石灰をそれぞれ約5kgおよび2 kgを封入（年1回更新）した半密閉容器（容積144リットル，～1972年）と完全密閉容器（75リットル，1973年～）を用いた．両容器内の平衡相対湿度が約23％および14％における種子の平衡水分含量は約6％および3％で大，小粒性品種間の差異は小さかった．15年～28年間保存した16品種が80～100％の発芽率を示したが，その13品種が小粒種のスパニッシュ・タイプ，2品種が中粒種のバージニア・タイプ，そして1品種が亜種間交雑起源の品種であった．常温（2～38℃，23～25℃）下の保存で，水分含量4％以下あるいは3 . 32％の剥き実種子の寿命が8年および11年という報告があるが，本報の結果は，とくにスパニッシュ・タイプの莢つき種子の発芽寿命が常温下でも3～6％の水分含量ではさらに長いことを初めて示したものである．種子寿命の品種間差異や発芽力の保持における莢（果皮）の役割や，油料用小粒種の栽培が多い温・熱帯地域における生殖質の低コスト・小規模保存法としての利用についてさらに検討の必要がある．" @default.
