В заключението са направени някои по-общи изводи от разгледаната правна уредба и препоръки за нейното усъвършенстване. EnglishThis article is dedicated to one actual theoretical problem, i.e. to the legal regime of protected natural areas in the light of the New Testament as well as the Bulgarian environmental legislation. In the introduction is shown the meaning of the protected natural areas for the development of science and culture and the purpose of their protection. There is evaluated the problem of the beauty of nature in the New Testament and its link with the legal regime of the protected natural areas. The analysis of the Bulgarian legislation covers legal measures for the protection of protected natural areas under special Protected Areas Act of 1998 as well as under another laws with subsidiary implementation in this field, as well as the liability for the infringement of the legislation on protection of the protected natural areas. In the conclusion some general conclusions from the evaluated legal regulation and recommendations for its improvement are made." @default.
