- W2747748063 abstract "With the implementation of two-day weekends and increased recognition of the importance of leisure activities, people in Taiwan have come to enjoy more and more tourism activities. In this era of customer marketing with fierce competition in the tourism sector, consumer demand as a result has to be much more strongly emphasized, and moreover, service providers have to offer more comprehensive services of better quality in order to meet the varied customer demand. Nowadays, the tourism sector should seriously think about how to provide customers with more suitable services, as well as how to make up for service failures. It is extremely important to take effective and suitable measures to handle service failures. The study subjects considered here are customers of Janfusun Fancyworld. These customers were randomly picked to fill out the study questionnaire. A total of 1000 questionnaires were distributed, and 548 of them were returned and completed in a valid manner (return rate = 55%). Research results: 1. Service failures and perceived justice are significantly correlated. 2. Perceived justice and repurchase intention are significantly correlated. 3. Service failures and repurchase intention are significantly correlated." @default.
