Oliveira, the Mikheyev-Smirnov-Wolfenstein matter effect for neutrinos is altered by decoherence: in normal (inverted) mass hierarchy, a resonant enhancement of ${ensuremath{nu}}_{ensuremath{mu}}({overline{ensuremath{nu}}}_{ensuremath{mu}})ensuremath{rightarrow}{ensuremath{nu}}_{e}({overline{ensuremath{nu}}}_{e})$ occurs for $6<{E}_{ensuremath{nu}}<20text{ }text{ }mathrm{GeV}$. Thus decoherence at the rated strength may be detectable as an excess of charged-current ${ensuremath{nu}}_{e}$ events in the full ${ensuremath{nu}}_{ensuremath{mu}}$ exposures of $mathrm{MINOS}+$ and OPERA." @default.
