Nous avons décrit les techniques d’ablation tumorale en les classant en technique thermique ou non thermique selon le principe physique utilisé et la fréquence de leur utilisation dans la pathologie urologique. Les techniques ablatives percutanées sont reconnues comme des outils mini-invasifs ayant une place importante dans le traitement focal de tumeurs. Cet article fourni une vue d’ensemble des principes physiques des techniques d’ablation tumorale percutanée et décrit les équipements et les modifications technologiques qui ont été développées pour améliorer le succès clinique de ces thérapies. We searched MEDLINE®, Embase®, using (MeSH) words; from January 2005 through May 2017, and we looked for all the studies. Investigators graded the strength of evidence in terms of methodology, language and relevance. Forty-seven articles were analyzed. We described ablative techniques and sorted them in thermal and non-thermal therapies according to the used physical principle and their frequency of use in the urological pathology. Percutaneous ablative therapies are mini-invasive techniques, which have an important role in tumors focal treatment. This article is a review of the ablative therapies and describes their physical principles, their equipment and their recent technological modifications, which have been developed to improve the clinical success of these techniques." @default.
