The population of this study is consisted of customers of 94 private pools in Tehran Dist. 5. The extant paper has been provided by descriptive survey method and with respect to the objective is an applied research. The measurement tools included researcher-made questionnaire which was distributed among the samples after taking the specialized opinions on validity and after collection of questionnaires, its reliability was calculated by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (r=0.87). The questioners were distributed among the samplesin 2012.The summary of results indicated that a significant relationship exists between observing the pool hygiene and safety, facilities, equipments etc. and customers’ satisfaction. Also, the findings showed a significant relationship between customers’ age and satisfaction so that upon increasing the age, satisfaction is reduced.Therefore, considering the results of this study, it is recommended to the pools managers and owners to improve the environment qualitatively, apply the modern equipments, appoint the experienced instructors, respond the customer demands and render the appropriate and varied services proportional to the different needs of each age and gender for promotion of their services." @default.
