- W2757600699 abstract "Owing to the advantages in terms of energy conservation and environment protection, battery powered ship is attracting attention increasingly, becoming one of the most important trends for the green ships in inland waterways. As is different from conventional diesel-powered ships, battery powered ship is able to be powered by battery. However, battery powered ships have more high risk of fire accident. Once the battery powered ship is on fire, the consequence is rather terrible. Therefore, the fire risk assessment for battery powered ship is particularly important. In this study, the key factors that result in fire accident were examined from the aspects of the whole ship operation stage. Then, the entropy theory and cloud model is applied to deal with the randomness and fuzziness of the evaluation factors, as well as the subjective influence of evaluation weights. Next, the fire risk assessment model based on entropy and cloud model is presented. The fire risk assessment result is available through floating cloud algorithm and integrated algorithm in virtual cloud computing. Finally, the 500 tons pure electric cargo ship in Huzhou is chosen as the risk assessment example. The fire risk assessment result proved the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method. The entropy cloud model proposed in this study provides with new ideas for the fire risk assessment of battery powered ship. Moreover, the conclusion in this paper could be the decision making support for ship safety management." @default.
