- W2757655153 abstract "Aiming at the increase of carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere, the difficulty of carbon sink measurement in farmland ecosystem and the lack of basis of grain carbon subsidy, this paper focuses on the problem that wheat conducts photosynthesis through light radiation to absorb carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and soil. And the wheat's photosynthetic carbon model was constructed using experiment data and real-time data. In order to refine the calculation of wheat's photosynthetic carbon, according to the existing research results and our study, five stages of wheat's life cycle were put forward in accordance with the traditional 24 solar terms, which were respectively seedling period (from the Qiufen to the Lichun), returning green period (from the Lichun to the Qingming), heading period (from the Qingming to the Lixia), filling period (from the Lixia to the Xiaoman), mature period (from the Xiaoman to the Mangzhong). In these five stages of wheat's life cycle, three kinds of wheat were selected as examples. The light radiation, soil temperature and humidity, air temperature and humidity, and soil pH value in wheat's life cycle were collected using the automatic data collection device of IOT (Internet of Things). At the same time, the shoot and root of wheat's five stages were collected and processed artificially, and the average amount of dry matter and photosynthetic carbon were obtained. On this basis, the light radiation influence function of five stages in wheat's life cycle was constructed firstly. Then, according to the amount of the light radiation of five stages in wheat's life cycle and the corresponding wheat's photosynthetic carbon (aboveground and underground), the wheat's photosynthetic carbon model was constructed and the wheat's photosynthetic carbon proportion of each different stage in aboveground and underground were determined." @default.
