- W2760977603 abstract "要約：線溶系因子はフィブリン血栓の溶解以外にも，様々な組織において，リモデリング，修復・再生，炎症，細胞遊走，血管新生などに寄与する．骨芽細胞および破骨細胞にも組織型プラスミノゲンアクチベータ（tPA），ウロキナーゼ型PA（uPA）およびそれらの阻害因子であるプラスミノゲンアクチベータインヒビター（PAI-1）が発現しており，遺伝子欠損マウスでの解析から，線溶系因子が骨の恒常性維持においても重要な役割を果たしていることが示唆されている．最近，マウスにおいてプラスミノゲンが骨修復・骨折治癒に必須の因子であること，tPA およびuPA が血管新生などの骨修復反応に寄与することが明らかになってきた．さらに，PAI-1 が糖尿病に伴う骨修復遅延に寄与することが示唆された．骨代謝および骨修復・再生における線溶系因子の役割が明らかになりつつあり，今後，線溶系因子を標的とした新たな治療法の確立や診断マーカーの開発が期待される．" @default.
