By modular peptide design, we demonstrate that mammalian cells apoptosis can be programmed by peptide‐based logic operations, including binary and combination gates (AND, INHIBIT, OR, and AND‐INHIBIT), and a complex sequential logic circuit (multi‐input keypad lock).
