- W2762369651 abstract "Switching devices are an enabling technology set up in the majority renewable energy generation systems. Thanks of its superior voltage blocking capacities and high-speed switching, silicon carbide (SiC) switches power electronics are measured for exploiting in power conversion in renewable energy generation systems. New SiC switches power like diode and JFET can advance the system power conversion efficiency and decrease the size and weight of the dc-link inductor owing to the low loss, high frequency, and high temperature characteristics of SiC devices. Predict SiC switch device performance is based on accurate device model in an elementary presentation of system power conversion which is the well-Known switching cell. However, the wiring parasitic inductance and current and voltage sensors must integrate in the simulation results. This manuscript focuses to accurate the model of the proposed switching cell circuit. The layout wiring parasitic inductances and sensors are also integrated in simulation." @default.
