• W2769948019 abstract "Study aimed to: Know the most important Agricultural Crisis faced Agricultural Extension Organization through last decade, describe methods to deal with it, determine the most important factors affecting both of the importance degree of the expected extension activities and tasks through Crisis and the implementation degree of it, define the most important of information sources for respondents and the communication methods used through the Crisis and finally the problems faced them through it, and their suggestions to solve it. Study was conducted in Fayoum Governorate, on a simple random sample of Extension workers reached to 120 respondents in the six district of Fayoum, which respondents about 16% of the whole Extension workers.Data were collected through a personal interviews guided by a pre tested queationnaire. Findings indicated that the most important Crisis faced the Extension Organization were: insufficient of the agricultural production requirements and its high price(93.3%), insufficiency of irrigation water(40%),Also un accuracy of situation study, and non-participation in decision making were the most important raising Crisis, so 58.3% and 48.3% of respondents respectively reported that, Findings also showed that the Extension Organization either deny the Crisis or delay the announcement of it, so it mentioned by 67.7% and 73.3% respectively, Majority respondents (75.8%) reported the importance of the expected tasks and activities of the Extension Organization compared with 47.5% of them reported that the implementation degree of it was low. the most important of information sources which respondents depend on through Crisis were: technical pamphlets, researchers, Agricultural news papers and magazines, the most important communication methods used through Crisis were: the Extension meetings, (98.3%),and field and home visits (73.3%), Findings indicated the most important methods to avoid the Crisis were: to got lessons from previous Crisis and get attention to Crisis prediction (45.8%) and improve the relationship between the Agricultural Extension and the related Organizations (research, mass media, health,…)(45%).the most important factors affecting the importance degree of the expected tasks and activities of the extension Organization were: the exposure degree of the information sources, number of Crisis, ability of the extension Organization to facing Crisis, scientifical specialization, proffecional situation, and the importance of forming team work to deal with Crisis, all these variables were responsible of 39.9% of variance of the independent variable. the most important factors affecting the implementation degree of tasks and activities were: knowing the component of Crisis concept, the suffecience of extension services delivered in Crisis, number of Crisis, and satisfaction of the delivered extension services, these variables were responsible of 42.9% variance of the independent variable. the most important problems facing the respondents were: unavailability of work facilities, unavailability of specific training courses, so it mentioned by 83.3% and 66.7% respectively, therefore they suggest to cover it. ,استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على أهم الأزمات الزراعية التي واجهت الجهاز الإرشادي الزراعي خلال العشر سنوات الأخيرة، وتحديد الأساليب التي يتبعها الجهاز الإرشادي عند تعامله معها، وتحديد أهم العوامل المؤثرة على كل من: درجة أهمية المهام والأنشطة الإرشادية المتوقع أن يقوم بها الجهاز الإرشادي خلال مراحل الأزمة، ودرجة تنفيذه لها، وأهم مصادر معلومات المبحوثين خلال الأزمات الزراعية، وأهم الطرق الاتصالية التي يستخدمونها أثناء تلك الأزمات، وأخيرا التعرف على أهم المشكلات التي تواجههم وقت الأزمات ومقترحاتهم حيالها. وقد أجريت الدراسة في محافظة الفيوم على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من العاملين بالجهاز الإرشادي بلغ حجمها 120 مبحوثا بمراكز الفيوم الستة، وهي تمثل حوالي16% من حجم الشاملة، وقد جمعت البيانات الميدانية من خلال استمارة استبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية. وتمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة في أن أهم الأزمات التي تعرض لها الجهاز الإرشادي هى: النقص الحاد في مستلزمات الإنتاج الزراعي وارتفاع أسعارها(93.3%)، وقلة مياه الري(40%)، وأن سوء التقدير والتقييم للموقف، وعدم المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات كانت من أهم أسباب نشوء الأزمات حيث أشار إلى ذلك 58.3%، و 48.3% على الترتيب، في حين كان إنكار الأزمة وعدم إعلانها، وتأجيل إظهارها أو كبتها كانت أهم الأساليب التي يتبعها الجهاز الإرشادي في التعامل مع الأزمات حيث ذكرت بنسب 76.7%، و 73.3% على الترتيب. كما بينت النتائج ارتفاع درجة أهمية المهام والأنشطة المتوقع أدائها من قبل الجهاز الإرشادي، حيث أشارت غالبية المبحوثين(75.8%) بأن أهميتها كانت كبيرة، بينما أفاد 47.5% من المبحوثين بأن درجة تنفيذ تلك المهام والأنشطة كانت منخفضة.وتمثلت أهم مصادر المعلومات التي يلجأ إليها المبحوثين وقت الأزمات في: النشرات الفنية، والباحثين بمراكز البحوث الزراعية، والصحف والمجلات الزراعية حيث ذكرت بنسب 98.3%، و 95.8%، و 91.7% على الترتيب، وكانت درجة لجوء 53.3% لتلك المصادر كبيرة، وفيما يتعلق بأهم وسائل الاتصال الإرشادية المستخدمة وقت الأزمات فقد تمثلت في: الاجتماعات الإرشادية(98.3%)، تليها الزيارات الحقلية أو المنزلية(73.3%)، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أهم وسائل سبل الوقاية من تلك الأزمات تمثلت في: الاستفادة من الأزمات السابقة والاهتمام بوسائل التنبؤ التي تفيد في هذا المجال، وتحسين العلاقة بين الإرشاد الزراعي وغيره من الأجهزة المعنية( البحوث- الإعلام- الصحة...)، حيث أشار إلى ذلك 45.8%، و 45%على الترتيب.وكانت أكثر المتغيرات المستقلة تأثيرا على درجة أهمية المهام والأنشطة المتوقع أن يقوم بها الجهاز الإرشادي خلال مراحل الأزمة هى: درجة اللجوء لمصادر المعلومات، وعدد الأزمات، ومدى قدرة الجهاز الإرشادي على مواجهة الأزمات، والتخصص العلمي، والوضع المهني، بالإضافة إلى متغير مدى أهمية وجود فريق لإدارة الأزمات، وهى تسهم معا بنسبة 39.9 % فى تفسير التباين الحادث في المتغير التابع. في حين كانت أكثر المتغيرات المستقلة تأثيرا على درجة تنفيذ تلك المهام هى: المعرفة بمكونات مفهوم الأزمة، ومدى كفاية الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة وقت الأزمات، وعدد الأزمات الزراعية، بالإضافة إلى متغير مدى الرضا عن مستوى الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة وهى تسهم معا بنسبة 42.9 % فى تفسير التباين الحادث في المتغير التابع. كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن أهم المشكلات التي تواجههم في هذا المجال تمثلت في: عدم توفر الإمكانيات اللازمة، وعدم الحصول على دورات تدريبية متخصصة في هذا المجال، حيث ذكرا ذلك بنسبة 83.3%، و66.7%، لذا تمثلت أهم
