- W2772607808 abstract "‘染井吉野’ は日本で最も親しまれているサクラの品種で，エドヒガンとオオシマザクラとの雑種といわれている。本研究はエドヒガン，オオシマザクラそれぞれ3 集団で ‘染井吉野’ の連鎖地図に座乗するSSR マーカー 27 座の遺伝子型を決定し，この野生種における対立遺伝子頻度を基に ‘染井吉野’ のそれぞれの対立遺伝子の起源を推定した。54 個の ‘染井吉野’ 対立遺伝子のうち，44.4% がエドヒガン由来，33.3% がオオシマザクラ由来と推定された。残りの22.2% は，どちらの種でも頻繁にみられるまたは両種ともに稀な対立遺伝子のため，由来は不明とした。染色体ごとにみると，複数の染色体でエドヒガンとオオシマザクラに由来する領域とが混在していた。この結果は， ‘染井吉野’ の染色体が乗り換えを経て形成されたことを意味し， ‘染井吉野’ が1回の種間交雑による雑種ではなく，より複雑な交雑に由来することが示唆された。" @default.
